The hotel provides big, clean and comfortable rooms, along with friendly staff who are more than happy to assist you. the location is great, only a few minutes' walk from the train station and close to a big park which is perfect for a relaxing stroll. the buffet breakfast offers a great variety of both Japanese and Western dishes to choose from.
It could be quite difficult for those who cannot read Kanji or understand Japanese to locate a restaurant for dinner, as the menus are primarily written in their language. there is no English menu provided, which may lead to some confusion.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located near a beautiful park and just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The staff, although limited in English, were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the mountains. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. And the fact that the hotel was conveniently located next to two museums was an added bonus!
Language barrier with staff, but manageable.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled right next to two captivating museums. Its location, just a stone's throw away from the train station, made exploring the area effortless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, despite limited English, and I felt truly welcomed. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with the added bonus of a comfortable sofa. But the highlight for me was the breakfast spread - a delightful mix of Japanese and Western treats, catering to all tastes.
Honestly, there was nothing that could be improved upon during my stay. Everything at this hotel exceeded my expectations and made for a truly enjoyable experience.
